About Me
Capacity by Design is an advisory platform focused on how organizations build and sustain operating capacity as complexity increases.
The work centers on role clarity, decision authority, and workforce capacity. These are not abstract leadership concepts. They are operating conditions that determine whether execution holds under growth, transition, or sustained pressure.
The approach reflects experience across global automotive manufacturing, Big Four professional services, and early stage manufacturing environments. These settings required precision around compliance, scale, and execution across regulated and multi market systems. They shaped a practical, systems level approach to people strategy grounded in consequence, not theory.
Capacity by Design supports organizations through retained advisory partnerships, contracted initiatives, and executive level facilitation. Engagements align people systems to operating reality so leaders execute with consistency rather than friction.

I built Capacity by Design after years of working alongside senior leaders accountable for results while operating within systems that had not kept pace with the demands placed on them. The pattern was consistent. Capable leaders. Strong teams. Increasing responsibility. Insufficient structure. Performance strain followed not because of effort, but because clarity and capacity were misaligned.
My work addresses that gap.
